Format of experimental data file for nonlinear least-squares fitting with Gepasi

The fluorescence time course data were formatted according to Gepasi's requirements. This means that the points corresponding to zero time were deleted and then the 5 time course curves were assembled in one single file sequentially. One column was added to indicate the concentration of the inhibitor.

The first column corresponds to the concentration of inhibitor, the second to time and the third to the measured signal. This is what the file looks like:

0 12 0.003662
0 24 0.013122
...
0 3600 0.587768
0.0015 12 0.002136
0.0015 24 0.013733
...

Note the data for the second time course immediatly follow those of the first. You can also inspect the full data file (30 kb).
