The widely used COPASI software simulates Gepasi models.
There will be no more releases of Gepasi.
Gepasi 3.30 can run in Linux under the Wine emulator! Download a tarball for this purpose

Gepasi 3.30 supports

level 1. It can import and export SBML files and therefore exchange models with other simulation software.

Sun Microsystems
names Virginia Bioinformatics Institute a Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and sponsors the development of COPASI (Gepasi's successor). COPASI will be optimized to run on Sun's HPC architectures.

Future of Gepasi announced December 2000. COPASI will be a more complete simulator running under several hardware platforms (including Linux and Macintosh). COPASI is being written in collaboration with
Dr. Ursula Kummer's group at EML.
