The results of Fitting can now be plotted from the Plot window.
The Fitting report now includes the standard deviations as a percentage of the estimated parameter values. The RMS (root mean squared) error of the overall fit is now also included.
A switch was added to omit the time=0 points from the output of time courses.

When opening a recently used file Gepasi now changes the current directory to the directory of that file.
The new file format does not store the stoichiometry matrix and so loading (really) large models is now much faster.

The predefined kinetic type Ping Pong Bi Bi was not calculating the correct values for this function.
The rates of mass action reactions in multi-compartment models was incorrectly calculated.
The descriptions of conserved moieties were not showing fractional coefficients properly (but calculations proceeded ok).
When a fitting run was interrupted the standard deviations were calculated incorrectly.
The "Method Info" button in the Optimisation and Fitting pages would be disabled when the simulation engine was active.
The Levenberg-Marquardt optimisation module sometimes would generate a fatal division by zero, crashing the main program.
Calculation of the gradient of a fitting solution on the adjustable parameters would generate a fatal division by zero when the adjustable parameter was zero.
